I know people say QLD is a CSG State... for now I guess it could be true... however proven technology of CNX and it's UCG plant currently in operation... Why would any government turn it down.

Perhaps even why CNX is in constant contact with QLD government.

Let's also consider it this way too... the Summa Resources Dispute could also mean that the other parties know exactly what CNX is sitting on, which is why they have started allegations to try and get a piece of the pie, before it takes off.
