Even though Americans are WAY more litigious than we are....you would think that they have some relevant grievance that needs to be resolved. CNX's cash position is the biggest worry here imo, they barely have enough for operational expenses. Things could be different but meanwhile back at the Bloodwood Ranch we have waited & waited etc....costly delays. I would hate to see a CR for the sole purpose of a legal stoush, but unless something gives I can't see any other way. We'll be back sub 1c very soon, simply because Mr Market doesn't like these types of court actions. Take AED oil as an example. They were very confident of winning a similar matter. The case dragged on....they lost and had $78 million awarded against them plus costs too. They're stuffed now going through administration. Naturally SH get zilch......so I really hope lightning doesn't strike me on the butt twice !
