It would be nice if CNX could explain fully what the milestones were, that were not achieved so us humble shareholders can make our own financial decisions if this court case is to proceed.
Without all the relevant text of the agreement signed at the time, how can we possibly make a decision on our own position with CNX.
Water is getting muddy in my opinion and needs to be cleared with a full and concise statement from CNX management.
