re: Ann: Summa Resources Share Sale Agreement...
"Daz=The Co is priced for a negative outcome on a UCG decision in Qld"
I agree Daz, but we may see some movement from those that were expecting a sooner than later scenario.
"At mid-2012, neither company had completed a burn of sufficient duration to create a final cavity of the dimensions that are expected under a commercial process"
Given that the review was apparently done last year the information is based on that. Since then CNX has had an independent review of the cavity and was announced at the end of April... http://hotcopper.com.au/post_single.asp?fid=1&tid=1990934&msgid=11671845
There may still be more testing required to meet the exhaustive requirements the Qld Gov. seems to be suggesting, but CNX may get there first.
Having said that it is quite possible CNX may have a commercial project in China before Queensland.
I'm looking forward to CNX's response. My shares are going into the bottom drawer with the view of accumulating if any with itchy trigger fingers decide to offload and bring the price down.
As you said, this is going to be an exercise in patience.
