    The Base seems reasonable. The Short Term and Long Term incentives along with the Service Rights are potentially generous if things go well. I'm not clear what the performance hurdles are (or will be)... but as a shareholder I'm hoping I'll be happy if they are met, in which case I'll be happy that she's earned them.
