I'm a holder of LRS, they're at a completely different stage to SUM, for a start they've done an extensive drilling program that has (this far) discovered 78mt of Spod at 1.3%. SUM has zero of anything except a few selected samples of Nb & Ta.
A company like PLS will only entertain a take over once there is proof of a substantial economic resource.. With all thinks going well, SUM are at least 18 months away from entering the fray of being a candidate..
One step at a time yes?
