I think the unannounced REE drilling delays and the dumb loyalty option offer has cooked this company's share price for a while.
Why would you buy the heads if you can buy 3 year calls for a fraction of the price and still get all of the upside?
IMO but I don't think it was a smart deal for a recently listed company which still has most of its cash from its IPO and that doesn't have a great deal of news flow over the next 3 months.
And the fact that they also allocated the shortfall to their mates annoys me too.
