Mr Byrt and Mr Rigano are not in their positions due to their abilities or performances. They are there due to their loyalty to Mr Rami and to hand out options and shares to "sophisticated investors" or what they really are friends and family to maintain control.
Unfortunately once you favour loyalty over competence you on the road to failure.
Just ask Mr Putin, same issue just on a global level.
On a positive note, if the court case can succeed and we get some solid management in place we should see some improvements in the historically low share. price. Or for the chartist, we complete the double bottom on daily chart, breaking previous 2 cents major lower high to commence a bull trend.
Overall lots of ifs and buts.
