I would say word was getting out so they put it in a trading holt then it just took a few extra days to get the deal signed up, as for the ridiculous sell off well who knows why anyone would sell at a price lower than the strategic partners price thats just nuts, but this is the ASX where logic & common sense no longer apply and manipulation is the name of the game, and as usual us retail investors panic and get screwed.
