Sunbridge expanded cooperation with Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Ltd06 December 2018: Sunbridge Group Ltd (ASX: SBB) (Sunbridge, the Company) is pleased to announcethat it has expanded its strategic cooperation with Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Limited (”ZMBH”).

Sunbridge has been in cooperation with ZMBH since 2015, with 5 outlets at ZMBH’s departmental store.Sunbridge has expanded the strategic cooperation by adding a further 9 outlets in various ZMBH’sdepartmental stores around China, bringing the total Sunbridge outlets in ZMBH’s departmentalstores to 14.

The Zhongminbaihui department store chain is a network of several large department stores in keylocations across Fujian and China that are owned or operated by the Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Limited(SGX:5SR), established in 1997 and listed on the mainboard of Singapore stock exchange in 2013.Commenting on the cooperation with ZHBM, Sunbridge Managing Director and CEO, Mr Jiayin Xu:“Sunbridge’s outlets in Zhongmin Baihui departmental stores have been one of the company’s main saleschannel. The expansion of cooperation will bring about greater visibility of Sunbridge’s Pandist andAgueseadan brand while at same time contributing to the growth in revenue.”– END –
