Sunbridge expanded cooperation with Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Ltd06 December 2018: Sunbridge Group Ltd (ASX: SBB) (Sunbridge, the Company) is pleased to announcethat it has expanded its strategic cooperation with Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Limited (”ZMBH”).

Sunbridge has been in cooperation with ZMBH since 2015, with 5 outlets at ZMBH’s departmental store.Sunbridge has expanded the strategic cooperation by adding a further 9 outlets in various ZMBH’sdepartmental stores around China, bringing the total Sunbridge outlets in ZMBH’s departmentalstores to 14.

The Zhongminbaihui department store chain is a network of several large department stores in keylocations across Fujian and China that are owned or operated by the Zhongmin Baihui Retail Group Limited(SGX:5SR), established in 1997 and listed on the mainboard of Singapore stock exchange in 2013.Commenting on the cooperation with ZHBM, Sunbridge Managing Director and CEO, Mr Jiayin Xu:“Sunbridge’s outlets in Zhongmin Baihui departmental stores have been one of the company’s main saleschannel.
