phone up the registry and ask to change your correspondence to post. easy as that.
The point is, by not adding another sentence to the letter, simply stating that people who aren’t on the internet should ring the registry for all relevant paperwork to be able to make an informed decision.
It amounts to management and board intentionally mislead shareholders of the options that was available!
I rang the two major registry’s, Computershare and Linkmarket requesting for one of my shareholding in each registry and explained the situation to them to no avail.
Prior to this health crisis’s all the registry that I have my holdings in, were given instructions that all communication is to be by paperwork.
It appears that the majority of listed companies are guilty off this behaviour and the Treasurer, ASX and ASIC should be made aware of this manipulative behaviour!
These company's should be reprimanded by deeming any votes counted to be null and void!
