I once had accounts at the registrars. This required an e-mail address. Now despite the fact that I had correspondence set to paper, my account was several times set to electronic. When I complained, the company blamed the registrar, and the registrar blamed the company. The web system does not permit you to have a blank e-mail address, so I had to ring the registrar and make them delete it. I can still access my holdings using HIN and something else - not exactly secure!
