Yep border wars have nothing to do with the performance of this business so we should close this down forever. In other news, apparently the next wave of restructuring is happening at SUN this week to continue to motivate and engage staff and build morale. If there is anything Suncorp does particularly well it's to restructure. Mind you I'd be pretty good at it too if I did it three or four times a year. The biggest issue this company has is it's without a meaningful strategy. Doing BAU is not going to cut it and as a shareholder I am so frustrated by their inability to lift their heads and stop kicking the can down the road. Make some core decisions about getting the right technology, invest in paying the right people appropriately and get a digital strategy that's bigger then an "app." Oh yeah and there's also a customer in there somewhere. C'mon SUN, you're killing me.....
