Move the border Up to Labrador or Nerang but there is nothing wrong with Suncorp save for its HQ and functions being in the wrong place, Brisbane rather than the center of financial services in Australia, which is undoubtedly in Sydney.
So you would close down Suncorp because of propositions to move...
