Originally it seemed to be $3.21 capital return per share to shareholders for sale of the bank plus SUN keeps the insurance business. Perhaps we may get a little bit more now and perhaps some tax benefits (eg extra div to use up franking credits), but I am speculating as I don't know whether there will be changes or what they could be, if any.
