Mega-fool is long gone. Tanzania is hopefully wakening up that there is a lot of advantages in using its colonial era connections and maximising the benefits of links with the UK, Germany & USA. Better than being dominated by Russian PMC's like Wagner & corrosive CCP eroding sovereignty. Surely can't be long before signing ceremonies for EGR and other companies waiting in the wings.
