so payable for warranties in the next 12 months $2.187 m but no long term liability provision.
as the obligation to rectify goes out to 2029 and are over many hundreds of millions of properties, I would have thought a fair amount more in the non current liability provision.
maybe why they keep quoting at $1.01 but strange they didn’t raise a provision.
