This popped up on the HC ticker, i'm not familiar with it and reading the announcement its hard to believe the back story. Good on the directors for such sensible decision and their other decisions (buybacks etc.). But this is really is a strange anomaly for the efficient market theory ?! A stock just shouldn't be that undervalued for so long. Can long termers tell me is the back story in the announcement a fair synopsis of director actions? Or a PR spin of some sort?
