Key Highlights

•Gold system extended to more than 230m strike, 80m wide, and 300m depth along the Sunnyside Shear Zone.

•Visible gold found in 7 of 9 holes, with gold-indicative alteration in the other 2.

•Mineralisation remains open to the NE, SW, at depth, and up-dip, with early signs that gold grades may increase with depth.

•Total drilling completed: 3,041.8m, exceeding the 3,000m plan. Another 1,000m of drilling is planned.

•KNB is well-funded with $5.35M cash to continue drilling.

•Hole 4 assays are due mid-May, with hole 5 and 6 (which also had visible gold) expected later in May and June.

Geological Notes

•Gold is hosted in granite near a granite-sediment contact, within a shear zone structure.

•Mineralisation includes multi-stage breccias and sulphide veins with visible gold and strong alteration (phyllic, carbonate, and sericite).

•Two mineralisation phases:

•An early ductile sulphide-rich system

•A later brittle phase with higher grades and more visible/free gold.

Next Steps

•Additional drilling to extend the mineralised footprint beyond current boundaries.

•Assays will guide follow-up drill targeting along a 550m long prospective corridor.

•Soil programs are also underway to support regional targeting.
