Good pickup... I hope for $25m NPAT but would be surprised if Sunrice achieve this... fingers crossed.

60m shares @ $4 = $240m
$25m NPAT = PE <10

The kicker is the dividend = if dividends are forecast to be in line with FY19 @ 33c.... it's absolutely brilliant for retail investors and farmers i would think. The company has stated the following in the update:
"Given this outlook, the SunRice Group currently intends to maintain a fully franked dividend at similar levels to prior years"

However, one of my concerns is that NTA may begin to fall as the company's inventories will be reduced in the Riverina to maintain a milling program. Inventories fell from $360m in April 19 to $300m in October 19 but they did pay out less to farmers which offsets this etc..

This company could fly when the drought breaks! Im in for the long haul as it's a pretty good result all things considered.
