Bottom line is the reason these Australian nickel/cobalt/scandium developments are given the skimpy valuations relative to the IGV's of their deposits, is skepticism on whether any nickel laterite project will ever attain anything close to cost and production targets, based on history. And those skepticisms won't be fully answered until actual production numbers are actually attained.
