Let's say I buy $1k worth of shares:

RML @ 2.4c = 41,666 shares
RMLOB @ 1.4c = 71,428 shares

Let's say closer to RMLOB expiry, RML is 30c.

RML @ 30c - 41,666 shares = $12,499
RMLOB @ 30c minus 12c = 18c - 71,428 shares = $12,857

That was a total coincidence they were so close. But basically I'm not better off with RMLOB unless RML goes past 30c.

RML @ 40c - 41,666 shares = $16,666
RMLOB @ 40c minus 12c = 28c - 71,428 shares = $19,999


Aside from you being confident they will go past 30c, why would you buy RMLOB at current price?

Of course if they were under 1c, it would paint a different picture.
