So, looking at the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Guidebook Funding Programs signed by Biden in Sep, 40 Billion for Clean Energy including fossil energy, nuclear and new categories including critical minerals processing, manufacturing and recyling.
The loan guarentee amount cannot exceed 80% of eligible project costs, must be located in the US and have reasonable prospect of repayment.
Again, this is a change in strategy to get that easy gov money. Hopefully it works.
