guys - if this refinery is done in the US, we can get funding from the US government. can't you read? this is massively BULLISH!
this is a MAJOR positive. they wouldnt be revising this if they hadnt gotten clear indication that this is the key to unlock funding.
we dont need an European partner, which is contingent on an always elusive Australia-Europe Free Trade Agreement - we can use Australia's long standing good spot with mighty Uncle Sam!
