they won’t explain anything. All they do here is gaining time.
I suppose there are only two outcomes.
first they figure a us refinery doesn’t make sense. back to square one.
second they tell us that it could make sense. That they of course have to rethink the whole project. And then still have to find partners.
this management is quite amazing.
