The way I read this announcement is that nickel and cobalt sulphate will be produced at Sunrise and then shipped to USA for further refining. So the flow sheet as per the original DFS is still going to be built in Australia. If I remember correctly, the Sc refinery and Ni/Co refinery (further refining of Ni/Co sulphate product fro Sunrise) were identified as value adding opportunities. Although I think Sc is a Disallowed story.
