i think this is a very shrewd move. Brings Patrick Duffy's skills into the tent on a day to day basis rather than board oversight and he has the organisational authority to drive the strategic elements forward in terms of potential JV negotiations, capital considerations, etc.
MN is a very accomplished Geo and he can now focus to his strengths. Plus, we have a new MD with proven skills in getting a junior up and running.
Most recent trading in STM also suggests that this is primed for a breakout in the near term. Some good volumes going through at the 1.1c and 1.2c levels and strong volumetric interest on any dips below this range. Smells like classic accumulation and once they have had their fill and let the handbrake go, we could see some strong price action in the near term.
