I think he suggested not. SOLG is waiting and obviously this contractor has 15 rigs sitting there waiting and not drilling.

I know that SOLG have mentioned they are waiting also.

Nick Mather mentioned that he wasnt sure where coys were going to get rigs from because the man portable rigs SOLG use are basically all stitched up by SOLG. I was heartened that Sunstone have taken the time to make sure our rig is available, and I'm pretty sure he did say that no permits have been issued. - i.e ours is not being held up for issues unforeseen.

I think because the wait has been so long the govt might release a bunch together so as to not seem to favour one company over another- just my theory.
