Actually, I can tell you the biggest mistake made with the Puree, it dawned on me with my first mouth full. You see most Australians view Puree as dregs, leftovers or sediment, wrongly or rightfully.
It should have been marketed as Gelato ice cream and it would have walked out the door, in actual fact it seemed like a bloody good Gelato even better than our local pizza shop and on top of that there is no Gelato range in Woolworths ice cream fridge.
I say repackage as Gelato we are back in business!

I will tell you in my next post the things I think are a big mistake with these new bars, other than the packaging.
