i dont think there's been any glitch.
today's announcement warranted the trading halt if they had reason to think some market sensitive info may have leaked prior to finalising an announcement they are required to disclose. It was a pretty significant announcement at that. 80-107 tcf is huge. The current market cap seems extremely low given the potential resource.
