I can't believe no one has correct you.....you don't add deduct the 35% margin from the customer receipt (that's gross profit), the unit price was decrease from $300 to $100 so they get $100 per unit from Cipla or other distributor as customer receipt when they purchase the device to restock and then they add whatever they want on top of the device, hence why some are selling for $125-130 on the ebay.
