I'm the thick one, have you seen their nearly $1M in manufacturing cost for the quarter, Cipla are just distributor they still need to sell them to the consumer that how it works and WTF are you talking about, you think Cipla will pay them more than the $100 device....and you hold this stock, I think you need to email yourself.
