they move at a snails pace there is no doubt some of them 16 explorers that got the grant had released CEI announcement as early as 26/03, and most before the Friday the gov announced it.
they aren't in a rush here, we are all here for what's in the ground and hope this mgmt team can pull it together and deliver.
