if it were my business and I was paying lots to admin to prepare a grant, I would have had ducks lined up in preparedness of said grant being accepted. my drills would have been turning very soon after grant. much like other recipients. what do these guys actually do for 38 hours a week for their (what appears to be) grossly overstated remunerations???
