This great news is quite unexpected for me, and it changes the dynamics a bit.

Now there is Government money available to drill the heart of Bottletree. Therefore, SPQ preserves valuable 'coin' for something else. Maybe the brakes went on waiting for this to happen!?

That is 1 side of the coin.

The other is the endorsement by the Government of the potential huge value and worth of Greenvale. If it comes to fruition, then the people of Queensland will benefit as well. The decision makers must have been convinced by what SPQ put to them. It augurs well for SPQ shareholders too of course.

The other big news is the now knowledge of the fact that a recognised expert in the genesis of porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum is an employee, and has been since September last year.
