I think it is a good announcement, SUP is provided with assistance in managing the zinc project in Canada. The key part stated in the report:
"..the impact of COVID-19 has made travel to the Project by senior management, which are
all based in Australia, near impossible and it remains highly uncertain when regular international travel to
the Project may resume. As a result, the Company believes that having control of the Project in the hands of a strong and reputable
management team based in Canada, is the best option available for the Company to crystalise additional value in the Project."
