doubt it’s worth $4 to either of the interested parties.
I wouldn’t have payed $4 for it on market before all this kicked off. I was happy doing all my buying below $2.1 and think this is now reasonably fairly valued based on earnings.
I think either party will potentially bid up to 3.60-3.80 and tap out.
