That announcement by Joanna reeks of desperation and will likely turn more shareholders to vote for Merchants than her plan of keeping 1pg in the ASX listed entity. Joanna doesn't want her gravy train of high wages and wealth to end. Merchants' plan will end it.

I'm I for a short time as I think the lead up to a vote will favour the share price especially if merchants release more announcements about their intentions.
