    The best approach for CBS to take is to let the Administrator and Receiver burn Murdoch and Gordon in court, and then carry on the transaction.

    Not CBS fault that Murdoch and Gordon outsmarted themselves at the cost of all other holders.

    How did they EVER think CBS would say yes to two cents in the dollar! (especially when they found more for Fox)
