    re: Ann: Supplementary Announcement re AGM Re... The shares are essentially a payment in kind to associated parties. Its not CCD share buy back scheme.

    I had a look at the AIM list and it had Cheye and Hadron buying a selling shares on what looks like an off market transaction.
