i think no one is buying because they have very low probability of getting the mine funded with capex ~$2bn by now and NPV < capex. and no one is remotely close to funding it because there are no offtakes. Dubbo is stuck in a dead loop, which is why KMP needs to get its shit together and start making money, then it can provide financial support to any dubbo financing. unfortunately KMP has not got its shit together after almost 1.5 years in operation
