The "tone "of the clarification Announcement suggests that it was ASM who wanted it issued ....
And on reading the context of it ...( extract) ..utilising
synthetic samples created from commercially purchased third party rare earth powders which replicate the
product expected from the Dubbo Project at that stage in the separation process ....
before jumping to erroneous conclusions , we should clearly keep in mind that ASM is sourcing /will be sourcing KMP Rare Earths for processing , from its VTRE Vietnam source , for a considerable time ( circa 3 years at least ) ...whilst Toongi goes thru its Offtake / Funding processes .
So the verification of the Vietnam material ( as I read it )..means that ASM has "refined "Vietnam rare earth down to its Toongi "equivalent "...and has Ansto test it ,,,and it has come thru with exemplary results !
So ...it can go to buyers , and promote sales ...that "what comes out from what goes in " ,,,for both the immediate term , and perhaps even in the future as both Vietnam and Toongi supply raw earth material ....that both products achieve the same result !
AIMHO ---but might save some investors/naysayers ...getting their Knickers in a Knot over what might just be a clarification that benefits ASM ...ie its propf of the process , not where the raw product originates ...
