Strategy may be ok. But execution has been terrible. Whole management is distracted and putting out statements which will give jitters to its own shareholders not sure how they give any confidence to Vonex shareholders. Why as a Vonex shareholder I will accept share swap when there is no stability of share swp share price. In fact at the current price of SWP what is on offer is acquiring VN8 shares at 0.037 which is way below 0.044 on market offer from Maxo.
