Apologies for the delay in posting the draft but I have been away for a few days.

I have put together a lengthy submission but it really requires more than a couple of shareholders to make contact. In total there are 4,094 shareholders who hadn't accepted the offer at the date of MTQ's last statement which is really a scare tactic but it is impossible to guage how it will be viewed by the ASX even though it doesn't comply with their rules. I imagine that a number will fold once they receive the letter from MTQ.
