To the best of my knowledge neither Neptune or MTQ (through Blossomvale) have contravened any of the ASX listing requirements. Even though they certainly have no intent in looking after the minority shareholders.

Precedents have been set for what they have proposed where the majority of remaining shareholders hold an "unmarketable" volume of shares (see Staging Connections Group August 2011)although there is a difference in the circumstances.

Everyone should make their own decision but if you feel strongly opposed to what has taken place then I suggest you write to the NMS Board and the authorities and see if they will take any action.
