    mmmm i have a real problem with them saying

    The Revised Offer Is WITHIN THE INDEPENDENT EXPERT'S MARKET BASED VALUATION on a controlling basis'

    well close to the lower end isn't with-in it, how can they say this in an official document ????
    And then how can the board endorse it.........
