Still talking about them pulling out. Really.
Show me one instance in the history of the asx when a company has announced a takeover, then changed their minds and pulled out. Not because of a higher bid, but because they changed their "mind".
Companies don't decide to do takeovers on a whim or accumulate 20% for that matter.
