Just a speculation. Common sense logic tells me if ATLAS share unit is not worth more $.0.042 why would FMG object to Gina's bid? Disposing their holding in ATLAS of around 19% would bring them between 55-75 million. Most of their holding were picked up at <1.6c! It's just common sense, isn't it. And why so much fuss about a company FMG folk claim is bad business? I don't know about you but I cannot buy the argument. The company must have a lot more value in Gina's or FMG folk's hand than they want the public to believe!
