The point you (and others) are missing is that the pathetic 'offer' failed. Failed. It failed to entice holders of TRS shares to sell (i'm typing slowly , so that you understand this). In other words shareholders think it is worth more than $2.70.
Now you can tell us that its value is going to go down the gurgler and bushkin can write about shit, but clearly there are many people that think TRS is worth more than 2.70 .
I guess that all those people are not as clever as you?
